30 Days of Yoga: Day 11

strategized so that today’s class with Calvin Corzine would serve two purposes: to energize me and to warm me up for a run. I’m happy to say it did both!

I always thought of yoga as a more relaxing, calming type of thing to do post-run to wind down, but it can apparently also help you get warmed up pre-run!

Thankful that #30daysofmindfulmovement with Alo Yoga has taught me so much and corrected my misconceptions about yoga! Want to see how yesterday went? Check out 30 Days of Yoga: Day 10!
