30 Days of Yoga: Day 14

Class with Andrew Sealy left me feeling energetic and stretchy! He warmed us up and got us to do our standing splits, which I did not realize I had to begin with. I guess my dance background helped me out here, but it was a nice reminder that I still have some of that stretchiness left in me! I did realize which leg was my dominant one, so I’m thankful for yoga for teaching me new things about my body.
