30 Days of Yoga: Day 21

My spine definitely felt more elongated after class with Josh Kramer. It was an early flow (hence the brief moment of finishing breakfast before I started), so it was nice to wake up my body with today’s flow.

Thankful for #30daysofmindfulmovement with Alo Yoga for giving me a lovely way to wake up in the mornings. Check out 30 Days of Yoga: Day 20!
