30 Days of Yoga: Day 27

Today’s class with Josh Kramer was actually very challenging! I was feeling bendy and strong, but also definitely reached my limits (have yet to master the lotus, let alone a crow lotus). Good to know that there are still things I can work on with yoga to gain strength and flexibility!
