30 Days of Yoga: Day 27

Today’s class with Josh Kramer was actually very challenging! I was feeling bendy and strong, but also definitely reached my limits (have yet to master the lotus, let alone a crow lotus). Good to know that there are still things I can work on with yoga to gain strength and flexibility!

Calvin Corzine got all my muscles activated and warmed up. The strength class really engaged everything and got me moving.

Had so much fun testing my balance and strength in today’s class with Koya Webb! I’m starting to love bridges and inversions. I feel so powerful when I can support myself in these poses!

30 Days of Yoga: Day 24

Had a nice strengthening class with Caitlyn Turner this morning! My muscles definitely felt warmed up and ready for the day.

30 Days of Yoga: Day 23

Was feeling super fun in my fancy pants (they remind me of Jasmine from Aladdin!) during today’s flow with Andrew Sealy! Today’s class had a lot of inversions so I was a little intimidated, but I had a lot of fun trying to tackle the challenge that came with lifting myself up!

30 Days of Yoga: Day 22

Today’s class with Sheila was a great post-run flow. I’m currently in the process of training for a half marathon, so today’s stretchy practice really helped me to loosen up my legs!

30 Days of Yoga: Day 21

My spine definitely felt more elongated after class with Josh Kramer. It was an early flow (hence the brief moment of finishing breakfast before I started), so it was nice to wake up my body with today’s flow.
